Classes are 50 minutes and taught on Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers.

Essentials

A refreshing daily practice for any client and a perfect place to start for beginners due to the slower pace and focus on fundamentals. While this class is beginner friendly, we will offer optional challenges for all levels, a total body feel good refresh. This class is open to all levels, safe for ALL including pre/postnatal and those with injuries or contraindications.

Elevate

Upbeat, full body workout in an encouraging environment to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. Open to all levels with plenty of modifications and progressions to ensure everyone achieves the workout they came for.

In addition to the reformer, a variety of props such as weights, foam rollers, spring board, jump board and magic circles may be integrated to create an added challenge and add variety to your sweat session.

Peachy

Plump your Peach 🍑 Join us for this invigorating class and feel the burn as you build a stronger, toned lower body. Focus on sculpting and strengthening the glutes. Enhance stability, improve posture, build lean muscle and challenge yourself, its peach season!

SWEAT JUMP!

Don’t always love conventional cardio methods? These classes are for you!

An attachment added to the end of your machine, the Jump Board will be involved. This tool allows you to work up a sweat with very little stress on the joints. The jump board helps build bone mass keeping osteoporosis in check! Low impact, high intensity class to work the entire body. Open to all!

SWEAT HIIP

High-intensity interval training with a pilates twist. To obtain an increased heart rate, this format will alternate between reformer and short cardio bursts on and off the equipment for calorie blasting good times. Focus on strength, cardio and agility. The prefect mix of cardio and resistance training. Due to its fast paced and quick transitions, we recommend you are well acquainted and comfortable on the reformer before diving in.

Strength

This class is ideal for adding weight training to your regular pilates practice incorporating progressive load, strength training principles and heavier weights. By combining the best of both fitness modalities, this Reformer session builds bone mass and keeps you burning calories long after the class has ended. Designed like a strength training session, you will do multiple sets of exercises on the same muscle groups to build strength. Tension ranges will be offered to make the session more or less intense.

*Try to incorporate this class 1-2x a week and you will see improvements in your strength, mood, muscles, and joints!
